Terms and Conditions
Article 1
We deliver according to our terms and conditions to customers who have a debtor number at one of the Dutch auctions. These are the auctions in Aalsmeer, Naaldwijk, and Bleiswijk. If necessary, we also deliver to the Rhein-Maas auction by mutual agreement.
We maintain a minimum order amount of €100.00. For orders below this amount, we are obliged to charge transport costs of €17.50.
Article 1.1
The FloraHolland Auction Regulations and, in addition to/deviation from these, the FloraHolland Connect General Terms and Conditions, which are published on the FloraHolland website, apply to all our agreements.
Buyer and seller declare to be aware of these terms and conditions; these can be received upon request.
Dutch law applies to these agreements.
