Article 1

We deliver according to our genereal terms and conditions to customers who have a debtor number at one of the Dutch auctions. These are the auctions in Aalsmeer, Naaldwijk en Bleiswijk. In consultation we can also deliver to the Rhein-Maas auction.

We use a minimum order amount of €100,-. For orders below this amount, we are forced to charge transport costs of €15,-.

Article 1.1

All our agreements are subject to the Flora Holland Auction Regulations and in addition/deviation thereto the General Conditions of Flora Holland Connect, which are published on the Flora Holland website.

Buyer and seller declare that they are aware of these conditions, which can be received on request.

Dutch law applies to these agreements.
